How to maintain and maintain dehumidification dryer
- Jul 30, 2018 -

Dehumidification dryer is the same quality as the quality of the main screw chiller and chiller, but in addition to the quality of the machine itself, the reasonable maintenance and use of mechanical equipment is the premise of keeping the dehumidification dryer stable and durable. Today, we introduce how to carry out basic reasonable maintenance of dehumidification dryer.

First, desiccant desiccant should be cleaned regularly and kept clean. The dehumidifier should be placed in the central position of the room. There must be no obstructions in the inlet and outlet of the refrigerating dryer, and the gas screen should be cleaned up. When the ambient temperature is below 15 C, the water droplets attached to the evaporator surface will freeze and reduce the effect of the dehumidifier. If the ambient temperature exceeds 40 degrees C, the pressure in the system will be increased and the compressor is overloaded. At this time the overload protector should cut off the line, otherwise the compressor motor will be damaged.

So the temperature range of dehumidifier is 15 ~ 40 C. If the humidity in the air is less than 30%, it is uncomfortable to be too dry. Therefore, reliable humidity controller should be controlled to maintain the range of 50%-60%. When used, doors and windows are closed as far as possible, so that the dehumidification effect can be achieved indoors. The dehumidifier dryer needs to be placed flat, not inclined or transverse to avoid malfunction or abnormal abnormal sound.
