First, when the power is turned on: After the system is powered on, if a fault is detected, the system cannot be turned on (no output), and the corresponding fault code is displayed, and corresponding fault handling is performed. When the fault is eliminated, The system returns to the shutdown state.

Second, during the operation:

1. Fan overload fault input: (passive contact normally open signal, normal when disconnected, fault when closed) When an overload fault is detected, the fault code "E-01" is displayed on the PV in a blinking manner, and the fault indicator is on. The system is turned off, the heating relay is turned off, the heating indicator is off, the fan is turned off, the fan relay is turned off, the fan indicator is off, and the system stops all outputs. At the same time, the alarm relay outputs (on/off) the alarm signal. When the fault is removed, the system returns to the shutdown state.

2. Overheat fault input: (passive contact normally open signal, normal when disconnected, fault when closed) When an overheat fault is detected, the fault code "E-02" is displayed on the PV in a blinking manner, and the fault indicator is on. The system immediately shuts down the heating, the heating relay is disconnected, the heating indicator is off, and the fan can work normally. At the same time, the alarm relay outputs (on/off) the alarm signal. When the fault is removed, the system returns to the shutdown state.

3. Over-temperature fault input: (internal temperature-sensing line detection temperature) When the temperature-sensing line detection temperature detects over-temperature, the fault code "E-03" is displayed on the PV in a blinking manner, the fault indicator light is on, and the system is turned off. The heating relay is disconnected, the heating indicator is off, and the fan can work normally. At the same time, the alarm relay outputs (on/off) the alarm signal. When the fault is removed, the system returns to the shutdown state.

4, reverse phase fault: (passive contact normally closed signal, that is, normal when closed, fault when disconnected) When the reverse phase is detected, the fault code "E-04" is displayed on the PV in a blinking manner, and the fault indicator is on. The system stops all output. At the same time, the alarm relay outputs (on/off) the alarm signal. When the fault is removed, the system returns to the shutdown state.

5. The temperature sensing line is broken: When the temperature sensing line disconnection fault is detected, the fault code "E-05" is displayed on the PV in a blinking manner, the fault indicator light is on, the system only turns off the heating, and the heating relay is disconnected. The heating indicator is off, but the pump can work normally. At the same time, the alarm relay outputs (on/off) the alarm signal. When the fault is removed, the system returns to the shutdown state.
